Implementation of 3 Search Warrants
for Violation of RA 9165 and RA 10591
Camarines Sur ---- The Police Provincial Office of Camarines Sur (CSPPO), in its persistent effort to eliminate the proliferation of
illegal drugs in the province, under leadership of Provincial Director, Police Senior
Superintendent PRIMO BERICO GOLINGAY, conducted series of drug operations in the province which
resulted to the arrests of four (4) suspected drug pushers and confiscation
from their possession of several illegal drugs.
At about 5:20 AM of May 26, 2014, a team
of Libmanan Police Station of Libmanan, this province, served the Search
Warrant no. 2014-16, for Violation of RA 9165, issued by Hon. Judge Irma
Isidora M. Boncodin-Zamudio of RTC Branch 57, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, at the
residence of Arturo Oleta y Torres in
Brgy Bagumbayan, Libmanan, Cam Sur which resulted to the recovery and
confiscation of the following items to wit; One (1) pc plastic containing two
(2) bar dried marijuana leaves with fruiting tops wrap with the piece of
magazine papers, (1) one pc small bar dried marijuana leaves with fruiting tops
wrap with the piece of paper of still undetermined quantity and one (1) pc.
rolled aluminum foil, one (1) pc straight aluminum foil, one (1) pc cramp fold
aluminum foil and one (1) piece cell phone unit with trade mark my phone.
Arrested person was apprised of his Constitutional Rights and is under the
custody of Libmanan MPS for proper disposition. Inventory and markings of the
seized items is being conducted by said MPS before presenting it to the issuing
court and necessary documents are being prepared by Investigator-on-Case
against the suspect
At about 5:35 AM May 26, 2014, a team of Bula Police Station
of Bula, this province, together with Provincial Intelligence Branch, CSPPO, Provincial
Public Safety Company, CSPPO and Regional Special Operations Group, Police Regional
Office 5 in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement
Agency, Cam Sur, left said station to implement search warrant to wit: Search
Warrant no IR-2014-22 and 2014-24 for Viol of Sec 11, Art II of RA 9165 (the
Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Acts of 2002) against Cyril Deniña Y Peñas, married, of Zone 5, Casugad, Bula, CS, Jose Sedan Y Nuñes and Helidina Pandita Sedan and Search
Warrant no. 2014-23 for Viol of RA 10591 against Jose Sedan Y Nuñes of Zone 4B Crossing, Casugad, Bula, CS, all
issued by Honorable Judge Timoteo Panga Jr of Branch 60 RTC Iriga City. At
about 5:45 AM of May 26, 2014 same were served to the above-named persons and
following items listed below were found inside the suspect’s residence, to wit:
Items found at the residence of Cyril Deniña Y Peñas: 1. Two (2) medium size and 3 small sizes plastic sachet containing
suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride also known as shabu; 2. Three (3) pcs medium size partly
open plastic sachet containing suspected shabu residue ; 3. Two (2) pcs plastic tooter; 4.
One (1) pc digital weighing scale trademark Imarflex; 5. Seven (7) pcs live ammunition for caliber .38; 6. Fifteen (15) pcs disposable lighter;
7. Three (3) pcs cut crumpled
Aluminum foil; 8. Three (3) pcs
unused empty plastic sachet; 9. Two
(2) pcs scissors; and 10. One (1) pc
cellular phone (cherry mobile) white. Items found at the residence of spouses, Jose
and Helidina Sedan: 1. Three (3) pcs
small size plastic sachet containing suspect shabu; 2. Seven (7) pcs live ammunition for cal .45; 3. Six (6) pcs disposable lighters; 4. Seven (7) pcs cut/crumpled aluminum foils; 5. Two (2) pcs medium size partly opened transparent plastic sachet
containing suspected shabu residue; 6.
One (1) pc stainless medical scissors; 7.
One (1) pc nokia colored blue cellular phone; and 8. Two (2) pcs empty plastic sachet Present during the conduct of
inventory and markings of evidences were representative from Department of
Justice (DOJ), Media and, Brgy officials of Bgy Casugad, Bula, CS. Arrested persons are
in the custody of Bula MPS while the confiscated pieces of evidence were
brought to Cam Sur Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for examination##(CSPPO-PIO)
