Bombon, Camarines Sur --- As part of the intensified
implementation of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L.Plan 2030, Oplan Lambat Sibat, operatives
of Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO) under the leadership of
Police Senior Superintendent Walfredo Gimpaya Pornillos, Officer In Charge, in coordination
with the PDEA, implemented two Search Warrants for Violation of R.A. 10591 “Comprehensive
Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act” and for Violation of
R.A. 9165 "Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002" issued by Judge
Valentin E. Pura, Jr of RTC, Naga City, at
about 4:15 PM of March 17, 2016, at the residence of suspect Robert Cuarto y Caguimbal at Zone 5,
Brgy. Siembre,of this town, who is listed as # 4 in the Provincial Drug Watch list and # 1 drugs watch list of Bombon MPS. Seized
were: caliber 9mm ARMSCOR with chamber load with two magazines each loaded with
six ammos; seven (7) medium size plastic sachets containing suspected Shabu; and
drug paraphernalia;
During the raid, suspect
Mr Cuarto was caught in the act of using illegal drugs “Shabu’ with companion Nicanor Ipo Jr y Sibuc, who during body
search, was also caught in possession of One (1) small size and One (1) medium plastic
sachet both containing suspected “Shabu”. All were brought to Bombon MPS for filing of appropriate criminal charges in court.
