Incessant efforts of Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO)
in curbing crime, under the keen leadership Police Senior Superintendent
WALFREDO GIMPAYA PORNILLOS, OIC, and in line with the ideals of
the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030, in compliance with the PRO5 ”Target Output
Policy”, conducted 3 Anti drug operations in the
province yesterday, June 20, 2015 that resulted
in the arrests of 3 (three) suspected drug dealers and recovery of suspected illegal
drugs and FA’s as follows:
In Goa, at about 9:00 am in Brgy Tangongtong, a team from Goa MPS in coordination with PDEA, conducted search
and seizure operation in an orange Mitsubishi car with plate # ULC 997 owned by
suspect Freddie Badiola y Arguelles, 58 yrs old, married,
a resident of Molave St., Liboton St., Naga City, by virtue of Search Warrant issued by Judge Ma. Angela Accompanado-Arroyo
of RTC, San Jose, dtd June 19, 2015 for Violation of RA 9165 otherwise known as
Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 that resulted to the arrest of the said
suspect and his companion Adem
Valenzuela y Bueta, 51 yrs old, married of Brgy San Juan, San Jose, and confiscation of the following evidences; 1.
one (1) black pouch wallet with plastic wrapped box containing a plastic
sachet with suspected shabu; 2. six (6) medium size plastic sachets with
suspected shabu and one (1) piece large size plastic sachet with suspected
shabu; 3. two (2) pieces unsealed small size plastic sachet with suspected
shabu traces; 4. two (2) pieces unsealed medium sizes of plastic sachet with
suspected shabu traces; 5. Money amounting to Php 173,050.00; 6. eleven
(11) pieces disposable lighters; 7. four (4) cellular phones; 8. one
(1) aluminum foil, 9. one (1) black hand bag containing a Firearm, caliber
.380 with trademark PBeretta with Serial # F67017, with one (1) inserted
magazine loaded with seven live ammos and 10. A black gun holster; 11.
four (4) ammos of magnum .22; 12. one (1) pencil case containing drug
paraphernalia; 13. one (1) air soft gun (AK 47 Replica) with inserted magazine;
14. one (1) bag containing a US magnum .22 long barrel, with Smith &
Wesson trademark and serial # 242725. Upon body search, the following
were recovered, to suspect Mr Badiola,: 1. one (1) medium size plastic sachet
with suspected shabu; 2. one (1) disposable lighter; 3. And twenty
seven pesos (27.00 pesos Php) . In his companion Mr Valenzuela: 1. one
(1) black wallet; 2. four (4) 100 peso bills placed on plastic sachet; 3.
one (1) 500 peso bill; 4. two (2) 50 peso bill placed on plastic and 5.
one (1) cellular phone.
Meanwhile, at about 12:45 PM, the same team conducted
search and seizure at the rented apartment of Freddie A. Badiola in Brgy Belen, by virtue of Search
Warrant No. T-72 issued by the same Judge dtd June 19, 2015 for Violation of RA
9165 which resulted to the confiscation of the following evidences; 1. one
(1) black shoulder bag containing black and white pouch wallet with one (1)
medium plastic sachet with suspected shabu; 2. one (1) blue polka dots wallet
containing nine (9) Php 1,000.00 peso
bills, SM Advantage Card named Norie V. Belleza, two (2) five peso coins, two one
peso coins, one (1) violet eyeglasses case containing two (2) lighters; 3.
one (1) rolled aluminum foil; 4. One (1) transparent plastic; 5. Five (5) cartridges of calibre 9mm; 6.
One (1) transparent plastic; and 7.
One (1) cartridge of caliber 9mm. Inventory of seized items were made in the
presence of the suspects, PNP members and with the following mandatory witnesses
from Brgy officials, Media and DOJ representatives. Suspects were brought to
Goa MPS together with the confiscated/seized items for filing appropriate charges
of Violation of RA 9165 "Comprehensive
Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002".
and RA 10591 “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”.
In Camaligan, another Anti-drug operation thru buy bust
was conducted at about 5:20 PM in Zone 8, Brgy San Roque, by PNP operatives of
Camaligan MPS, which resulted in the apprehension of Mario Sawal y Agubang, 39 yrs old, married, a resident of Sabang,
Naga City and recovery of: 1. Two (2)
medium size plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; 2. Three (3) pcs Php 100.00 peso
bills used as marked money; and 3. Seventy
three pesos (73.00Php). Suspect and recovered evidences are in under the custody of Camaligan MPS for filing
appropriate charges in court ###(CSPPO-PIO)
